Start with decisions your customers actually make
We gather the questions that affect whether someone enquires: what the service includes, who it is suitable for, what preparation is needed, what changes the scope and what happens next. The page should answer the question directly and provide enough detail for the answer to be useful.
A short definition often leaves the important decision untouched. We develop practical explanations, approved examples and clear limitations around the actual offer. When a question requires an assessment, the content should explain why and show the appropriate way to ask for one.
Make the source of the information clear
Business identity, service coverage and contact details should remain consistent across the website. Expertise should be attributed to the people or organization responsible for it, and factual claims should have a basis the reader can inspect.
We organize approved credentials, documents and genuine examples where they help. An illustrative scenario is labelled as an example, not presented as a client case study. Structured data should reflect the visible page rather than introduce claims that customers cannot verify.
- Answer practical buying questions in clear language.
- Keep service scope and limitations visible.
- Connect factual claims to useful evidence.
- Link answers to relevant services and follow-up options.
Build on a useful, accessible website
Google’s current guidance treats optimization for its generative search features as part of SEO. It does not require a special AI schema or an llms.txt file for Google visibility. We prioritize accessible content, coherent structure and information that helps the reader.
That means checking whether important content is available in text, whether related pages are easy to find and whether the site gives a satisfying answer. Adding a special label to a page does not replace the work of explaining a service accurately.
Measure available evidence with appropriate limits
We review search visibility, identifiable referral activity and the enquiries the business receives. Available Search Console reports and settings should be checked against the current property. Sample checks of AI answers can help identify factual gaps, but they do not represent every question or user experience.
The useful question is what to improve next: an unclear service description, an unsupported claim, an unanswered preparation question or a difficult contact route. Rankings and AI citations remain decisions made by the systems presenting the information, so no specific mention can be guaranteed.
